In a barn sits the Nissen
with his Christ's day treat.
It's good and sweet;

He nods his head and then he smiles,
for he is glad,
'cause Christ's day pudding is for him to eat!

Around him are the little mice, who want some,
so they all come, so they all come,
And a bit of that sweet pudding
would be so nice,
so they dance 'round Nissen in a ring.
